Governing Body and Organizational Structure
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Netri Private Foundation. It currently consists of three members.

The Project Implementation Committee is a delegated body that evaluates, reviews, analyzes, and, where appropriate, approves projects, proposals, donations, and investments submitted to the Organization, including those with a social impact and social development projects. It currently consists of three members.

Our Purpose
The Netri Private Foundation was established to promote a more inclusive, sustainable, and equitable economy. Our statutory purposes, set out in Article 5 of our Articles of Association, are to:
- Promote inclusive economic growth, with a particular focus on fair trade.
- Foster initiatives that promote sustainable economic development while respecting the environment.
- Contribute to international development and cooperation.
- Promote and protect individual and collective rights, while supporting people and communities at risk of social exclusion due to physical, social, economic, cultural, racial, or gender-related factors.
- Encourage civic values and principles of solidarity, as well as the development of a culture inspired by these values in contrast to the culture of consumption; and the universal defense of the principle of economic equality.
