This is how we do it
The theory of change is a framework for thinking about and describing the change you want to see and your plans for achieving that change.
Netri developed its theory of change as a reflective exercise with the aim to understand more precisely the impact of our programmes and to amplify our impact-driven decision-making.
We first developed a general theory of change at the foundational level as shown below and then homed in on developing a theory of change for each of our 7 focus areas. See report attached.
