Social Issue

Somalia, unfortunately, has come back to the minds of the whole world because of the terrible famine it has suffered.

Our Response

The organisations Save The Children and Goal are working overtime in the Ethiopian refugee camps in Dolo Ado, on the border with Somalia, where Somali refugees are constantly arriving in search of food, water, and shelter.

Expected Social Impact

The funds were mainly destined to:

• Nutritional programs for children, and for pregnant women and babies.
• Refuge and care for children without families.
• Basic sanitary material.
• Items that make life easier in the refugee camp, such as mattresses, blankets, and water containers.
