Social Issue

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the unemployment rate is still around 20% and among young people, this rate is 60%.

Our Response

Microloans are a powerful tool to promote self-employment.

EKI MCC aims to promote employment in rural areas through the financial inclusion of small businesses. Its mission is to reduce poverty caused by the lack of economic opportunities.

Expected Social Impact

With this investment of the Netri Foundation, EKI MCC will be able to provide 150 microloans to people who live mainly in rural areas. In this way, their businesses will be sustainable, thus reducing poverty caused by the lack of economic opportunities.
